The facial I had was far from what I expected. The therapist didn't dare to touch my face, that's how it felt. I was also cold and she asked me I was cold, so she knew. But she didn't do anything about it. I also had to ask to remove the pillow under my head because it was really hard and it started to hurt my head. I booked a deep cleaning facial and stepped out of the room with still mascara under my eyes... far from a deep cleans if you ask me. I would not recommend this venue I am afraid.

After the massage being over 20 minutes late and finishing early, and her answering the phone during the massage, I was bitterly disappointed. The massage itself was uncomfortable and not relaxing, and felt like it crossed a line. Friendly service but disappointing and uncomfortable, I’ll need another massage to destress from this one…
