After the massage being over 20 minutes late and finishing early, and her answering the phone during the massage, I was bitterly disappointed. The massage itself was uncomfortable and not relaxing, and felt like it crossed a line. Friendly service but disappointing and uncomfortable, I’ll need another massage to destress from this one…
