The massage I had was lovely and very good, they knew what was needed where. Just one star off as the therapist was checking her phone a lot throughout the time and once rang a colleague to tell the people upstairs to be quieter. Seems her attention was elsewhere which was a shame.

The full pedicure was amazing and Marina was very attentive, as well as the rest of the staff, who were very friendly and caring.
However, I did forget that I had booked waxing with Lycon, and only noticed after the treatment that the wax used was not the one I paid for (another type of wax). I understand mistakes can happen, so my advice would be to double-check to you ensure that Lycon is being used in case you're considering booking one.
