The Elemis biotec facial is pretty interesting, was good to try. It's not uncomfortable at all. She was knowledgeable and skilled if a bit rough with towels etc, I had to ask her to be more careful around the eyes, which she then did. My skin looked great afterwards - shiny and plump if a bit shiny. When I left I realised she took a lot more time than I booked for - this is generous but did make me very late.

Unfortunately the wax from geruse fardin was really bad, she ripped the hair out the wrong way which has created loads of ingrown hairs. she also missed loads of hair and didn’t get the fine ones so a couple days on and the hairs are growing back unbelievably quickly.
