The treatment rooms are located upstairs from the salon but you can't hear the salon at all while you're in there and the doors are closed, and it's a modern, well designed treatment area. Very thorough deep tissue massage - Bobbie was very professional and kind, and remembered what I had mentioned during the first chat and explained how that presented during the massage at the end. The room was at a good temperature (quite cool as this was during a heatwave) and I was comfortable and relaxed throughout (though tired the next day!). I will return her for another massage in the future.
The only point I took off for ambience is that as it's a pretty old building (though the treatment rooms are very modern) and we are mid heatwave, the windows need to be open for proper ventilation, and once or twice I heard the outside but not enough to disrupt the calm of the massage.
