My wax seemed a little more painful than usual - almost as though she was very slightly hesitant at beginning of each strip. She was thorough however and offered to wax more than I was interested in. I had some short hairs left over which she offered to thread but as you can probably tell I’m a baby when it comes to pain so declined. She was professional and friendly. Clean and bright/clinical room despite working from her home address.

Ensi was super friendly and really nice. I have very sensitive skin and found the wax not to be as painful as I expected it to be. She also done my eyebrows and done a really good job on them too. Would definitely go back xx
