When I arrived I was welcomed and told to took a seat. I was told by the gentleman doing my hair that he is running late which was not ideal but I said was ok. When my hair eventually got done I asked the gentleman to tidy up make it look bit smarter. Whilst he was doing my hair he was not concentrating on the customer rather the child and women sitting next to me which made me feel very uncomfortable. He asked me why I picked him for haircut and reason was it was handy for my work. When I left the girl at desk said I already paid and the gentleman wanted to check this so delayed leaving the place. I highly do not recommend this place for value and customer experience.
