Great experience. Emma was lovely and managed to get my hair so light from quite a dark (box dyed brown!) in one sitting and it still feels really lovely condition. Thank you, will definitely be back!

A really exceptional service. Callum is clearly highly skilled, a reassuring presence, both knowledgable and genuinely personable. It was a real pleasure to be guided through my first experience of a hair system by his enthusiasm and encouragement. My experience of the staff was similarly one of care, reassurance and genuine warmth - at no point did i feel the slightest embarrassment or discomfort. The only negative.... i now wish i'd done this a lot sooner!
