That was such a horrible haircut. And horrible service. First used cold water to wash my head like 4/5 times. And if I didn’t ask to stop that would be how I treated. And the fringe, it just so short that couldn’t even go down properly…looks really horrible. And I have been hurt by the hot hairdryer… at the back of my head. And they even tried to book my next appointment without me asking… Just speechless, and have no idea why they would be rated top. Worst experience ever.
