I have been to Envy Barbers before and had a good experience. This experience was not so good.
1) booked Zach specifically but someone else trimmed my beard
2) the trim was poorly done: no shaping around the cheeks despite asking, too much cut around my neck, trim was inconsistent around jawline & the shaving resulted in small cuts
3) she (the barber) occasionally stopped & was helping a colleague cut someone else’s hair because she didn’t know what to do (!)
Overall, unacceptable.

Michael was fantastic - great attention to detail, didn’t rush as so many London barbers do and uses a cut throat razor which many don’t. Would highly recommend
