I booked and paid for a 9am appointment with Conner, arrived on time to a closed shop. Waited for 20 minutes and no sign of anyone. I left as I had to get too work, already had made myself late that day specifically to get an appointment. I received no call that day offering an apology, I myself rang the salon that afternoon and was apologised too and asked if I'd like to rebook my appt or get a refund. I rebooked the next day and was lucky enough to catch Michael who did my hair perfectly as always. Salons great just really disappointed by the service I received that day.
