When I booked on the web, I did a wrong order with only shaving. On that day, I went to the barber without getting aware of the mistake. But a hairdresser pointed out me and politely told me the time to stay in total. This was very helpful to me, who is buffing up on English. Thanks a lot. By making use of this experience, next time, I want to order accurately so that a hairdresser and I would have a better experience.
