I had a chest and back wax with Jo , my appointment was at 10:30 and it started on time,first was the chest which at times was uncomfortable however Jo was quick and took my mind off it, then the back which was a doddle , all together it probably took about 45 minutes, will definitely be back in 3 or 4 months to have it done again. 10/10 for Jo & Envy
