I'm blown away by the treatment at EP CUTS. Farida was so thorough and really looked after me. The results are brilliant and I just felt great. Gave her a huge hug as I left because saying goodbye without felt weird. I'll certainly be back.

Second time in a row where the same barber has cut my neck / face because he is rushing so much and constantly checking his phone. Tried to give it a second go but won’t be going back, which is disappointing as I live very close.

The worst haircut in my life due to incompetence of the barber. Honestly I asked for something and he did something else. He even forgot that I asked for a wash afterwards and put a lotion on my haid without even asking me.
