Most staff were not wearing masks or protective gear. One staff member was coughing without a mask on! Surfaces and gowns were not cleaned in between clients. Although Dana was wearing a mask, she had it hanging down and her nose was not covered. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Haircut was ok though.
