There was a lack of confidence, which made the experience a bit stressful as a customer. I also had to argue about the price at the end (not the first time): I booked at £22, but they wanted to charge £28 because a pair of scissors had been used.

The whole experience was wonderful. Farida was very friendly, caring, attentive, and professional. She listened to my daughter's requests and shared her suggestions to get the best outcome. She also styled her hair beautifully.
