I had long hair and asked to cut just half of it. But the guy cut it 5 times shorter!! Not happy 🤨 The guy was talking on the phone loud in foreign language for long time. Clupsy dropping the hairdryer and stuff. Bad English.

Dana was great - really nice, efficient, and gave me a cut I’m happy with. She also didn’t overload my hair with products - most hairdressers ignore me when I say I don’t want them to add any finishing products.
