Dana is absolutely amazing. I've only gone here twice so far but both were for pretty dramatic cuts which she did even better than I could have hoped for. I definitely recommend!

Came in and was told in no uncertain terms that bookings were unwelcome because "it's unfair on people who have been waiting". Which is the whole point of booking in advance, so not sure why they accept bookings in the first place. Was generally made to feel unwelcome and like a second-class customer. If the idea was not to get repeat business, they certainly managed it.
