I've been coming to Svetlana for my Hollywood & half leg sugaring for about 4yrs now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She also does an amazing deep tissue massage. Efficient, thorough & friendly - top service and would highly recommend.

Had a lash lift and tint with Svetlana — the treatment didn’t work, no significant visible lift. When I politely raised this, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge the issue or offer a solution or refund. Told me to hurry as next customer due. I also have concerns about safety practices — no pre- or post-treatment advice, no questions about reactions to my patch test. I’ve had this treatment a few times in other places and sadly can’t recommend EPIC.

Svetlana is very nice and friendly and a very good beautician. The sugaring is not the tradition type of sugaring more just a wax.
