No greeting on arriving, just told to "sit" by a hairstylist. It was 15mins into my appointment before someone came to get me to start, all the while the same hairstylist carried on with her appointment like I wasn't there.
The appointment itself was very rushed, I was not asked about allergies or preference of pressure and, as we started 15mins late, I was asked to leave pretty much immediately when the massage was done. Not relaxing, not clean & I will not return.
