+ speed of treatment, + told breathing techniques to minimise the pain.
- peach fuzz was left despite paying for facial sugaring.
- eyebrows are completely odd due to one being over waxed.
- strips of hair being left despite paying for a Hollywood
- no mirror or opportunity was given to check the facial sugaring before moving into Hollywood.

The massage was very good, svetlana was skilled and I felt great afterwards. As many have said, it is more invigorating than relaxing. The other staff seemed a bit disinterested and bored, but svetlana was fab.
