There was a lot of work on my hips and upper thighs which I desperately needed. Once the massage was done, I really appreciated being shown some brief exercises to help blood flow and circulation in my legs.

Had to wait 15 minutes with no explanation from the staff, who were chatting away to each other. The woman doing my wax was nice but there was little to no technique; somehow even her applying the wax was painful which I've never experienced, she also ignored the fact I'd booked a brazilian and did a hollywood as it was too late to try and fix. Her english wasn't great, she kept saying I wasn't "available" (which I took to mean relaxed ??) but in a visibly annoyed manner. I didn't feel comfortable at all, overall the worst waxing experience I've ever had, shall not be returning.
