First time having a facial and wasn’t disappointed!

I’ve been twice for a Hollywood wax and had Svetlana both times. She comes across as quite rude and doesn’t make you feel comfortable. When she applied the wax to my skin both times, it really hurt and was quite hot. I told her this and she denied it and said it didn’t hurt. The second time, I could feel I still had wax residue on me, I told her this and she said “yes because I told you to relax” like it was my fault the wax was still on there? Good wax, terrible customer service.
