Appointment started a little late but she was apologetic and amazingly good at the waxing. Having never been waxed before I was worried about the treatment being painful but it wasn't at all she was so good and gave helpful techniques to put me at ease. Was also very impressed by the speed the treatment was carried out in. Overall very pleased, will almost definitely be returning!
