very clean and quiet very reasonable prices. was under the hour though. very good hard pressure even made me hold my breath and I can handle it normally. All my muscles are feeling it now. only bad thing was that I felt quite rushed after. once completed therapist said "I finished" and walked out while turning bright lights straight on, had to ask for water and was not advised to take time in standing etc. other than the after care was a very deep massage.
