Booked in for sugaring appointment at 11:00am on this app. When i turned up they said they had no record of the booking and the person that does the waxing wasn't there so rescheduled for 2:00pm which luckily wasn't a problem for me. Unsure what happened. Actual appointment was great (hollywood and underarm sugaring). Lady was efficient and professional. Would book again but probably call to ensure they have received it!

The lady who provided the service was absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and very skilled at her craft. She also answered any questions I asked and offered answers to ones I never. I would definitely recommend her. If she would have been the first ever wax experience I’d have she would have made it memorable. Really pleased and will deffo be using her exclusively from now on
