A really great experience. Svetlana was both very professional and very kind. She guided me throughout, helping me to relax and control my breathing to facilitate the waxing. I am very impressed and the result was excellent.

I’ve had these treatments done many times elsewhere, never been this dissatisfied before. Did not get listened to at all about what I would like and they were done far too thin, i have a good eyebrow shape and as I stated to the lady I just wanted the bottom waxing. I’ve lost all the natural shape I had. When I said they were too thin, “that’s how all European women have their brows, that’s how they’re supposed to look”. Eyebrows are not the same for everyone, is that not obvious?!
I’ll now have to draw them on for a few months until they grow back. Very dissatisfied.
