Had a lash lift and tint with Svetlana — the treatment didn’t work, no significant visible lift. When I politely raised this, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge the issue or offer a solution or refund. Told me to hurry as next customer due. I also have concerns about safety practices — no pre- or post-treatment advice, no questions about reactions to my patch test. I’ve had this treatment a few times in other places and sadly can’t recommend EPIC.

Svetlana is very nice and friendly and a very good beautician. The sugaring is not the tradition type of sugaring more just a wax.
