Unfriendly , if I said it hurt she told me no it doesn’t. Told me if it hurts go to another salon. I don’t like to try new but this experience has showed me I’d rather put my money into a more friendly environment and could work on cleanliness. Application is uncomfortable. Also no after care advice so had a reaction on my skin.
