I had a bad experience at this salon and wouldn’t recommend. In fairness, I had made an honest mistake, writing down my appointment time for 12:30 rather than 12. I arrived at 12:25 and was shouted at by Svetlana and despite apologising was made to feel so uncomfortable. I offered to leave but she wanted to go ahead with the treatment anyway, maintaining a hostile and bad-tempered atmosphere throughout. The lash lift was fine, if a little clumpy, but I left feeling totally miserable - not great
