Cheap but fairly priced for service

Hate to leave a bad review but I have been left swollen and in a lot of pain. It was my first time at this salon and it wasn’t welcoming, the door didn’t lock, the wax was heated in a microwave and then not hot enough for the duration, and the environment didn’t feel clean. The wax was very quick but not in a good way, I think I was in there 10 minutes for a Brazilian which usually takes at least 30 minutes … I’m really upset by the experience and won’t be going back.
