I booked a reflexology appt for my 6 year old daughter who has an autoimmune disease. Was great to hear Josie's insight on her skin rashes, diet, and pains. Josie noticed quite a few things, including that our daughter struggled with her digestive tract (which she does), and that her gums/ teeth were hurting. With Josie's help, she managed to have 2 bowel movements in two days (which is rare!) and a tooth fell out the next day, which we didn't even know was loose!
