Josie is a highly experienced, intuitive and knowledge therapist. Truly an expert in her field I simply walk in and she knows what needs attention to put me back into physical health. I visited Josie with tendonitis and muscle pain caused by hyper mobility. With a combination of acupuncture, cupping and deep tissue massage Josie eased my pain with almost miraculous results, plus gave me exercises to do in my own time to improve my condition. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I found Josie 8 years ago, after a year of trying to conceive with PCOS. During our first treatment, she timed my ovulation perfectly with her treatments and referred me to acupuncture as well. Shockingly, I got pregnant that month. I used her for maternity massage which was amazing. I then had reflexology again at 38.5 weeks to avoid being induced, and two days later started labor! I'm now on my 3rd natural pregnancy!
