Josie is an extremely experienced masseuse who really gets to the root of the problem. Her massages which integrate combined techniques actually deal an issue rather than masking it. I suffer from frozen shoulders and back problems and having tried physio and osteopathy in the past have found Josie's method of deep massage to be the only way to sort out my problems. She is also wonderfully kind and funny with great energy - couldnt recommend more!

I have been going to Josie for the last 4 - 5 years and she is second to none if you have back issues. She has been able to identify and resolve every issue I have had and more recently I have been seeing her on a regular basis to help avoid those issues re-occurring.

I was straggling with my back pain for years and year.Tried everything and anything possible to relief back pain.Nothing worked.But when I met Josie😳I was speechless.I could wake up in the morning without my pain.Every touch was exactly on point.Her eyes like X-ray,her hands has incredible power!I feel so relaxed after each of her session.There is no words to describe what she does to your body and mind.You have to try!!!Thank you so much Josie!!!
