I can’t rate anything because I couldn’t locate the entrance and no one picked up the phone. Blinds were drawn and couldn’t see any light, looked like they were closed. Had to leave without treatment, very disappointed.

Wonderful experience, warm, friendly staff and atmosphere. Clean facilities and well decorated. Waxing was minimally painful and the tech was great and made it a comfortable experience. They take great pride in their work and you never feel rushed.

Now while waxing is never a 100% pleasant experience, Epping Beauty Clinic made sure it was 99.9%. Excellent staff who were very friendly and talked me through everything. I also got great advice for future care and treatments. The location was a little tricky to find as it was dark but thankfully a passer by pointed it out. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be going back.
