Lubna is great and proffessional but on every other occassion I've booked someone else they've not turned up or cancelled and there is never a reason why. The utter disregard for their clients time and care is disgustong. Today they do the same and when I complained they cancel last minute again and I leave for 3 weeks I get a very snotty call from a patronising woman who can't prenounce my name and says she's new and won't book me again. Fine by me I'd NEVER go again and hope you don't either!
