I was seen by a different beautician than Ash. The was very pleasant and took care of what she was doing HOWEVER when I realised she was giving me a Hollywood and not a bikini which is what I asked for. I didn't want her to continue and she left the job unfinished. Hair grows back but its not what I wanted!!! On the other hand, the treatment room floor was yucky with loads of long hairs lying around.
