Have been to Epsom Beauty quire a few times, normally couldn't recommend enough. Last wax there unfortunately was painful, something never experienced before there or anywhere else. Unfortunately having telling the beautician that the hot wax was painful and to use the stip wax she still used the hot wax, creating more pain and generally not a pleasant experience.
Hollywood Waxing
Lubna is great and proffessional but on every other occassion I've booked someone else they've not turned up or cancelled and there is never a reason why. The utter disregard for their clients time and care is disgustong. Today they do the same and when I complained they cancel last minute again and I leave for 3 weeks I get a very snotty call from a patronising woman who can't prenounce my name and says she's new and won't book me again. Fine by me I'd NEVER go again and hope you don't either!
