My hair was cut visibly uneven, after pointing this out, my hair was cut even shorter (and after going to another hairdresser, turns out very uneven at the back). Will not be booking again

Was really looking forward to extraction (as described on website), but this was minimal. Therapist was very friendly but water was tepid and she didn't tuck towel in so lots of product landed up on my top. I only realised this half way through and tucked it in myself during the mask setting.
