Awful. Came out of the appointment with wonky hair, came out nothing like the reference picture I showed her and ended up having to cut it myself after I got home and my confidence has been fully shattered.
Feel robbed of the £35 I paid for it.

I wouldn't know, as I turned up and they said the lady who does waxing is not in today and basically pushed me out of the door,I'm awaiting to receive my money back, the service was terrible. No apologies given.
