The salon was messy and run down.
I didn't have any consultation, I had to ask to have my hair washed before she cut it, she took a Quick Look at the picture I had and started chopping large amounts of my hair off. I was literally frozen to the spot and couldn't believe what was happening. When i asked her she said 'don't worry it'll be fine' and carried on chopping.
I am unhappy with my hair cut and although she offered 'to cut it again for free' I will never go back there.

Booked a ladies short hair cut, showed picture to f a LADIES SHORT BOB. Hair dresser said I needed to go to a barber for that??! If I went to a hair dresser who was capable. Waste of time left. Not good if you offer a service but pack experience and waste peoples time coming when turn them away.

My hair was cut visibly uneven, after pointing this out, my hair was cut even shorter (and after going to another hairdresser, turns out very uneven at the back). Will not be booking again
