The acupuncture session was very helpful. It was my first experience with this treatment, Sam explained everything very well. She was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for acupuncture in London.

The consultation was pretty much thorough. The herbal remedy is similar to teabags made from specific ingredients tailored to the conditions being treated. So far, these have been helpful to alleviate some of my symptoms. Other areas for improvement - layout and atmosphere so that there is some privacy during the treatment (in my case, there was no other patient during that time so it was okay) and hopefully a more seamless way to get the herbal remedy post the consultation.
