Kirsty is a Nutritionist and Energy Medicine Practitioner with a specialist interest in Integrative and Functional medicine. Her passion is to help empower her clients to take control of their health and well-being. She offers a wide range of complimentary holistic therapies and uses the latest energy medicine technologies including ASYRA and SCENAR. This helps her clients accelerate their achievement of optimal health and vitality.

Kirsty has a home-based practice in Cheltenham as well as practising at various locations within Gloucestershire. Her equipment is fully portable, allowing both home, hospital and other location based visits, as well as offering remote consultations via SKYPE and surrogate testing using hair or nail samples. She has featured recently in the Cotswold Preview magazine and is regularly invited onto local BBC radio to support healthy eating in Gloucestershire.
