Despite making an appointment with Jacob I was seen by someone else. The other hairdresser was very good HOWEVER after my last review, I was called 3 times in a row by a mobile number of someone who works at Equipe then got sent a long text calling me a liar etc. past 8pm. I have screenshot this. This is very unprofessional behavior towards clients and I won’t be going back here ever again.

I booked an appointment with Aron but when I got there on time I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, and Aron was apparently busy so a woman did my hair and said she didn’t have enough time to do a blow dry and had to use tongs which dried out my hair. The manager has been rude to me in the past but I go to this place because it’s where I can get last-minute appointments. If you decide to go call in advance and make sure you get a price quote because they ripped me off before,
