The atmosphere was unbearable! There was so much smoke from all the hair dryers that they kept opening the door (it was freezing outside). Cleanliness wasn't great either close to the washers. Also had booked it through treatwell but they couldn't find my booking on their system........and charged me £5 extra in the end!
