They had a power cut just before I got there (not their fault). Turns out Ashley wasnt the one that did my hair, but a man called Ali. They called me up with regards to this as he's the one that does the colour. Process to do my hair took around 2 hrs when should've taken around 1h35min. I wasnt attended to straight away but had to wait a while as they were trying to sort out the power cut. my rough dry wasnt a rough dry as i left with half done hair and half undone hair. Colour was good though!
