I had a Karstase treatment with a wash and blow-dry, and my hair turned out amazing, Jacob did my hair and I would highly recommend him.

Firstly I must say that I was over the moon with the blow dry - it was the best I've had and lasted all weekend. The only thing that let the experience down slightly was the ambience in the salon, it all felt quite impersonal and not really a pampering experience.
