Have had my nails done all over London but Era is now the only place I trust for a perfect mani. Have prob had Shellac done here 10+ times now and it always lasts a long time, always the perfect shape and there's a great range of colours. Nails always look better than expected after removal and they truly care about condition of nails and advise against too many Shellac treatments, unlike some salons I've been too where they try to pretend Shellac isn't bad for your nails if you have it constantly!! I'm always, always asked who does my nails - even by strangers - and I'm glad I can say it's my local salon. Extra points for being walking distance - hah! x

Great as always they have a new nail colour that reacts to your temperature And changes colour....fab!! Lovely staff. The manicure manages to just last 2 weeks but have to be very careful as can chip easily but just the nature of shellac. Thanks for great service and a great choice of nail varnishes cannot fault the salon in anyway. Will hopefully use some of their other beauty services at some point as I bet the experience will be good also. Staff offer a drink which is also very welcoming

I had a lash and brow tint and am reasonably pleased with the outcome, considering the price I paid it was good value

This is the first time I had visited this salon and it was "ok". The staff were very pleasant and friendly however the treatments were not to the usual high standard that I usually experience elsewhere. Usually after a microdermabrasion facial my skin is very smooth and glowing, after this treatment I couldn't see much difference, the machine wasn't very powerful at all, perhaps when they get their new equipment (which I believe is coming soon) then things will improve.
