I booked in for a last minute facial as a birthday treat and I have to say that this was a great experience. I'm a spa junkie and been lucky enough to have travelled all over the world to some of the best spas. The overall look and feel of the Era salon, honestly, was tired and a bit old. It lacked any form of luxury. The surroundings and the decor of the place, as well as the treatment room was poor, BUT, my treatment was great. The beautician was friendly, highly competent and the treatment was excellent. Three days on my skin is glowing. In line with the price tag (inc of a back massage), it's an extra incentive to book every few weeks and I've had some great comment on my skins overall appearance. If you're saving the pennies, this is worth a trip.
