I have rated The beauty treatments I have had 5 stars, very Happy with the service and reasonable prices,I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I will go back again :)
Great. The lady was filling in for the regular beautician but it was great. She knew what she was doing and took time and care to ensure it was all perfect. Definitely tip top.
Lovely therapist, nice ambience and no waiting. Been coming here for awhile and will continue to. Good job, quick and not too painful!
I was very disappointed with the services here. The actual salon looked beautiful - clean, beautifully decorated. Things started to go downhill when I was notified by hearing another customer be advised that they did not take card in store for beauty treatments. I find this odd, as they take card for other services such as for hair, and they took card online, but not in store. This was an added hassle to have to go walk down the street to take cash out. This should have been made known before booking the appointment. The woman who did my treatment was nice enough, but I do not think she had been waxing very long. It physically hurt when she was applying the wax. I could see it was getting all tangled, and the wax was not applied smoothly. She was not giving the wax time to dry and was attempting to pull the wet wax off - causing me immense pain. Wax and skin is not a combination you should rush. This caused my skin to be red and inflamed for over 48 hours after the treatment, which has developed into a small rash. As the lady was rushing, she was becoming flustered and sweaty and her sweat was dripping onto my body as she was waxing me. I know she could not help that, but this is quite unhygienic. Overall, for a £20 wax - you get what you pay for. I was looking for a deal as other salons in the area charge up to £35, but I guess I will be sticking to paying more for the better experience, and no rash.
The lady was rally nice and careful as I am pregnant and she did not want my or the baby to be uncomfortable . The waxing was clear and neat. Good value for money
