Good overall job. Missed a few patches so I had to a bit myself afterwards. But generally friendly and welcoming. Worked fast as well!
This is the second time I have been to Era and the experience this time was even better than the first. The masseuse asked my permission before bringing a work experience student in which I was fine with but felt no pressure to say yes. Otherwise it was a great experience and just what I needed after running race for life!
I am very satisfied with this wax. The therapist was extremely nice and professional. She used hot wax to make the treatment less painful, which really helped as I had not had a wax in a very long time. Definitely recommended!

I always enjoy coming here. The wax is so quick and efficient it makes it pretty much as pain free as can be! Hot wax also helps a lot!
