The actual salon is weird and they never make me feel welcome but the lady that does the refexology is very nice and does a good job so worth the weirdness of the others

I will never return for a wax here. All round terrible experience. Appointment was 15 mins late, the treatment room was a complete mess - I had to ask the beautician to remove my makeup before starting a upper lip wax - I shouldn't have to ask this - it's standard procedure. She then removed it using a rough tissue, what beautician doesn't use cotton wool? The wax pot looked DISGUSTING, I should have walked out at this point. The wooden stick was just lying around on the table, half under another wax pot - it can't have been clean. Afterwards cream was applied using another rough tissue - the last thing you want after a wax! Talk about sensitive. The beautician then just left the room without saying anything, leaving me in there alone to head back up to the reception. Waking up the next morning she has ripped half my skin off my lip. I am absolutely disgusted by the whole experience, I would whole heartedly suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

Treatment is cheap and cheerful. I got 10 shades of whiteness better. Pleased indeed. Would go back again for the price paid
