I have had a gel manicure and Hollywood waxing today and I have awarded 5 stars,excellent work,the therapist called Arta was amazing,very friendly,very professional and very thorough,I will defenetly go back again and I highly recommend this place to my friends and family and everyone else,well done see you soon again :)
I had a 2 week gell manicure. Unfortunatly my experience wasn't the best. The venue was lacking atmosphere with old, grubby equipment, the treatment area was dingy and dark with no music so was quite awkward throughout and as it was dead silent. Although the lady who did my nails was nice enough she didn't make too much chat.
The treatment only lasted about 30mins and was a bit shoddy. She used 'gellish' and left big gaps either side of the nail and the top so looks a bit messy. I do like the colour but think the whole treatment was rushed and not done to the best standard.

I came in to get my gel manicure done. First of all the cuticles has not been done properly at all. To add up, the nail shaping is terrible and again not done the way it was meant to. Arta had to redo my thumb nails twice because the gel was wrinkling and not drying smoothly. The lamp she used seemed really old which might be a reason of these bad results.
At the end i didn't have to pay but i would never ever come back because i honestly think that this was the worst manicure i've ever had.

As usual My wax at Era was quick and efficient with minimal pain and a great job. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
